Three channel video installation: North (middle projection) the Arctic Ocean, Pingo National Landmark ; East (right projection) Atlantic Ocean, sunrise, Cape Bear Prince Edward Island; West (left projection) Pacific Ocean, sunset, Long Beach Tofino Vancouver Island.

Commissioned by the Prince Edward Council of the Arts on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Charlottetown Conference, co-presented by Art in the Open and Confederation Centre Art Gallery.
